To receive a Discount Card, the Holder must fill out a questionnaire in one of the companies participating in the Discount System or fill out an  electronic application.

When filling out a questionnaire or an electronic application, the discount card holder gives his consent to:

• non-automated/automated processing of his personal data specified in the questionnaire by the Participant of the Discount System;
• receiving advertising and informational messages in the form of SMS notifications, e-mail notifications or telephone notifications to the contact phone of the discount card holder containing information about ongoing promotions, promotional events held by companies participating in the Discount System.

After filling out the Questionnaire, the participating company issues the Viking Standart discount card to the holder. The discount card becomes valid within 24 hours after issue.
The electronic application is considered within a few days, after that the holder is invited by phone call or email notification to one of the companies participating in the Discount System to receive the card.
Viking Premium and Viking VIP discount cards are issued only by special order from the participating company.

• the discount card becomes effective from the moment it is received automatically;
• to receive a discount on goods and services, the holder of a discount card must present it to the company participating in the discount system before the cost of the purchased goods or services is calculated;
• the discount card provides the right to a fixed-size discount, depending on the type of discount card;
• discounts on other special offers, bonuses, promotions of the company participating in the Discount system are not combined with the discount received on the discount card, unless otherwise stated by the participating company;
• the discount card is valid upon receipt of goods and services via the Internet and using the delivery service, unless otherwise stipulated in the internal documents of the company participating in the Discount Program;
• all types of discount cards are not registered and have a magnetic stripe, a barcode and a unique number; 
• all types of discount cards are issued indefinitely;
• in case of damage or loss of a discount card, the holder must immediately notify any of the participating companies;
• to re-receive a discount card, it is necessary to submit a written application to the participating company, on the basis of which another discount card may be issued to the applicant by the decision of the participating company.

• The "Viking Discount" Discount program includes Standard "Viking Standart", Premium "Viking Premium" and VIP "Viking VIP" discount cards.
• All types of discount cards are not registered and have a magnetic stripe, a barcode and a unique number.
